RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, a parcel opening video is a must for exchange and return; refer to the section Return Policy for more info. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return peoduxt and let you know the status. If Refund approved it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return.
